Guest enjoyed the spacious and well appointed rooms. They are modern and well appointed. Guests described the beds as comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional according to guests.
The location is especially convenient for business in the trade center, as guests describe a walk to be only ten minutes to get there. There is also a streetcar stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get to attractions in Frankfurt downtown. There are a couple of restaurants in vicinicity of the hotel as well as a supermarket.
Guests liked the friendly attitude of the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant. They felt they received good customer service. According to guests they speak English well, so there is no language barrier.
The air conditioning in the rooms is turned off until the temperatures seem to hit a certain threshold. Guests felt the rooms were a bit stifling even without summer heat when you could not get the air to move. You can however open a window.
Guests complained that the free Wi-Fi is actually throttled down and that you can only connect up to two devices at a time. It is reliable and fast enough to check email or surf a bit, but for anything else you have to upgrade to premium at an extra charge.
Guests had issues with noise in street-facing rooms, as the streetcars run late and people are loud outside. You can always request a room that goes to the back of the hotel, or wear some earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.
