Negative Reviews
negative:
No lift means having to deal with steep stairs.
The age and character of the bed and breakfast means there's no lift, which can be frustrating. Stairs may not be easy to navigate up and down, so try requesting ground floor accommodations if this presents a concern.
negative:
Rooms are too warm and need air conditioning.
Occasionally the rooms become too warm, and there's not sufficient relief from the higher temperatures. Air conditioning would be of great benefit.

Location can be too remote without having a car.
Although it's only a 25-35 minute bus ride to reach rail stations such as Stanmore and Harrow and Wealdstone, that's still considered too long by some. If venturing off grounds for leisure, dining, or exploring, a lot has to be done by car.
