Best Western Plaza Hotel Hamburg (Hamburg, Germany)

Guests enjoyed this hotel because it's close to the Metro station and it's also not very far from the airport. Essentially you can get anywhere you like without having to travel too far from the hotel.

Visitors mentioned that they found the staff to be quick and efficient when it came to handling any issues that arise at the hotel. They also provide a fair amount of information about the area.

The majority of the guests mentioned that they felt that the rooms were rather spacious and provided a good deal of comfort during their stay, partially in thanks to the comfortable beds. Plus, they added that housekeeping does a very good job of making sure things are tidy here.

Some guests mentioned that they found the parking to be rather expensive and excessive. For the most part, the majority of the visitors didn't seem to have an issue, however, for some people the parking rate was a sore spot.

For some visitors they didn't care for the open bathroom that consisted of frosted glass doors. They simply felt it didn't provide enough privacy that they would like. They also stated that when using the facilities in the middle of the night, it creates a lot of light in the room.

Guests mentioned that in addition to being quite costly, the breakfast buffet isn't overly appetising. According to some visitors, the poor quality combined with the added costs took away from their hotel experience here.
