The rooms in the hotel, despite featuring antique furniture, are kept spotlessly clean throughout your stay. Many guests find this very lovely, especially because each room in itself, is already an attraction. Thus, guests were able to just relax and forget about their hectic schedules on normal days.

Foods served in the on-site 2AA Rosette restaurant are definitely worth the visit. Guests who have dined in the restaurant were astounded with the unique dining experience that the hotel offered. Moreover, the service is also superb, as the staffs are quick to respond to the many different requests.

Belleek Castle's staffs are amazing when it comes to making sure that everyone is happy during their visit. Most guests noted that the staffs are friendly, helpful, and even willing to go beyond what they usually do just to ensure guests' satisfaction. They are also knowledgeable about the hotel's history, making them great to talk with as well.

Some guests have complained of damp odour inside their bathrooms from time to time. This doesn't always happen, though, and the staffs are always ready to spray air fresheners upon notification.

While all rooms are well-equipped with whatever you need, some guests pointed out that the decor needs some improvement. However, such old decor is what makes the hotel rooms special, as it provides a real experience to the guests, as if bringing them back in time.
