Villa Modex located in Paracin, in Tome Živanovića bb street, near the bus station (200m from the town centre). The facilities were built in 1999. In the beginning we let just one apartment and three rooms. Today Villa Modex is provided with modern equipment, and it consists of 3 apartments and 9 rooms, total capacity of 26 beds. Excelent service, modern interior, kind staff will make you feel comfortable in the atmosphere of real familiar inn. The whole building is air-conditioned, so the stay is very pleasant, as in the apartments as in the lobby, bar too. Villa Modex is provided with high category apartments and rooms, classified by colour of the interior. The apartments are available in brown, green and terracotta colour, as well as the room in red, orange, yellow, blue, white and cream colour, equipped to satisfy the highest world standards. All room and apartments is supplied with direct phone line and free Internet connection, mini bar, central floor heating, aircondition, cable TV. In the basement there is a bar with various alcohol and refreshement beverages, and 24- hour parking place is available.
