B&B Parco Monsignore is a splendid structure immersed in the green Puglian countryside of Alto Salento, within the open countryside of Ostuni, and San Michele Salentino, a short distance from the beaches of the Adriatic, in a zone rich in history, culture, tradition and excellent cuisine. Every room is independent with its own bathroom, air conditioning, Lcd TV, fridge, and for those booking a suite includes a kitchen. The communal kitchen offers two ovens one in stone, and is wood burning, nearby another open air kitchen with further facilities for catering, dine under the shade of the olive trees, an ideal space for outside dining, or use the wood fired barbecue. The swimming pool complete with hydro-massage and waterfall has seating and shade and is surrounded by lawns and gardens rich in fruit and flowering plants and trees. Wake to the aromas of breakfast, which consists of freshly prepared pastries and homemade cakes, organic fresh fruit, juice and coffee all available in abundance.
