15 minutes from Dijon and 2h30 from Paris, in the middle of a 30 hectare park, mansion of the 17th century with swimming pool (from June to September, depending of the weather). Very accessible, you are within 3 minutes by car the village of Is Sur Tille which offers many shops and several supermarkets. The Domain de Montchevreuil features 4 bedrooms / 6 double beds. 2 bathrooms. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests. Thank you for noting that 2 of the bedrooms are in the attic and accessed by a wide open staircase not suitable for young children. A large living room with fireplace, a large kitchen dining room. A large terrace of 200m2 around the house and pool. Satellite TV and WIFI are available. Caretaker lives next door, thank you for respecting him. He will be there to greet you and assist you when needed. No minor consuming alcohol or other will be accepted, on pain of expulsion. Animals occupy the area but are very friendly. In July and August we only rent for 5 nights. There is a surcharge for arrivals after 20h.
