It doesn't appear to be a shortage of staff; however, coordination is poor. Better management would greatly improve customer service in an otherwise decent facility.
Rooms are small and there are no leisure facilities. In addition, there is little competition in the area. It would be nice if the hotel made improvements like retouching the paint work. It could make a big difference in its overall appeal.
