Conveniently situated, just off Boulevard St. Madeleine, Le St-Georges is a basic motel offering a variety of simple accommodation and traditional hospitality and is suitable for budget travellers. The rooms are very simply furnished and decorated but are nonetheless very well equipped, including everything from in-suite kitchenettes to flat screen TV’s. There is ample onsite parking in the forecourt. Wi-Fi is free of charge and accessible throughout the building, while summer guests can request to use a BBQ grill and really cook up a storm. Those not using their kitchens to prepare their own meals will find a couple of good restaurants nearby, including the very highly rated Patachou, a great spot for some great French Canadian cooking. Our Lady of the Cape Sanctuary is a popular church and shrine and is just 1,000 yards from Le St-Georges. Those heading into downtown Trois Rivieres and the University of Quebec campus, will find them both five miles away.
This was perhaps what most impressed guests about the property. Most felt that the room rates here were very reasonable, and together with the fact that the accommodation was judged to be acceptable and the location usually good, led them to conclude that they had received excellent value for money.
