The rooftop restaurant is quite small and open to the public and so it can be difficult to get a table without a reservation. Some of the staff did not give the service expected at such a fine location. The restaurants and bar are quite expensive.
There are numerous stairs that have to be scaled to get to the lift. This can be a challenge with heavy suitcases. The lift is on the smaller side.
