Arianna Hotel (Singapore, Singapore)

If you want to visit Singapore for the shopping facilities, then this hotel could not be better located. The Mustafa Shopping Centre is just over the road, and best of all it is open 24-hours a day. There is also an MRT railway station just a five-minute walk away, making transport around Singapore that bit easier. Furthermore, the central location means there are lots of opportunities to dine out locally, whether it is in a restaurant or buying hot food from the famous street vendors.

While Wi-Fi is commonplace at many hotels nowadays, it is equally true that it doesn't always work as advertised. Pleasingly, that isn't the case at this hotel. Guests report the Wi-Fi to be good quality, and that it can be relied upon.

There isn't a third positive review to add. The reviews are bad for this hotel!

The rooms are considered to be very small, judging by the reviews, so if you like to have enough room to swing the metaphorical cat, then this hotel is not for you. In fact, some guests have gone so far as saying they have trouble doing a simple thing like have enough space to unpack their suitcase!

Some guests do not find the staff to be very friendly and while needs are attended to, customer care is sometimes found to be lacking. It would service at this hotel does not come with a smile.

Unfortunately, many guests have said that the hotel is a bit dirty and untidy in places. This includes items such as towels and bed linen which are said to be worn out and have seen better days. Some guests also report a bad but unspecified smell.
