Staff members are always smiling and talking with guests to ensure they are enjoying their stay, they take the time to help guests choose a room that is right for their needs, they resolve issues immediately and the cleaning staff are always working hard to ensure all areas of the hotel are neat and tidy at all times.

The guest rooms are very clean with lots of natural light entering and comfortable beds and furnishings. Guests also reported that the decor is fun and tasteful, the Wi-Fi always works, the walls are soundproof and there are lots of amenities to ensure comfort.

Guests reported that the meals served at the restaurant are expertly-prepared with lots of fresh, delicious options to choose from.

Guests reported that staff members at Aqua Soleil Hotel & Mineral Spa are hard to locate when needed and when they can be found, they are unhelpful. Staff doesn't pay attention to guests' needs nor do they make any effort to provide services that were paid for, there are mix-ups with rooms, there is a lack of communication between staff and management, issues go unresolved and staff rarely acknowledge guests unless they have to.

The location of this hotel is not very central. It's actually quite far from the town centre and many of the local attractions and guests reported that it's hard to get around the area. Guests also reported that the town and immediate area of the hotel seems shady.

The rooms at this hotel are quite small with barely any room to move about. Guests also reported uncomfortable beds, dated furniture, a shortage of hot water, poor lighting, slow Wi-Fi service, a lot of dust and poor soundproofing.
