APA Hotel Osaka Higobashi-Ekimae (Osaka, Japan)

Many guests did not complain about the cleaning standards of the hotel and found their rooms to be very clean. They were very happy with the high standard of cleanliness provided.

The hotel's location is conveniently located near the public transport station to explore the city conveniently and without any time spent trying to find transport. They are walking distance from these important transport services. There are also various restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Guests were very happy to have an onsen, a communal bathhouse with hot spring water available in the hotel. Some mentioned it is not common for hotels in the city to have a bathhouse. It was a nice amenity to have and a good time to relax in the middle of the city.

Some guests complained the service from the staff was a bit lacking and would have liked a more approachable staff. They lacked some English skills to communicate well with guests so it was difficult to communicate.

There were some guests who paid for a non-smoking room and found their rooms to smell of smoke. The smoke smell was nauseating for some and was extremely annoying. Why would a non-smoking room have such a penetrating smell?

Some of the rooms are found to be too small for their liking. Some would have preferred the rooms to be bigger or would have liked to change rooms for a cheaper price but more room space. Some felt claustrophobic and uncomfortable in the space.
