Nice Animation Team
The animation team of the resort is found to be especially entertaining and with a good attitude towards guests. It was nice to have a recreational activity with other people in the resort.

Guests were happy to have some nice amenities in the resort including the outdoor swimming pool and the beach access. The pool is found to be especially nice and a good place to relax in. There were various sports activities for guests to do and spend time on.
Most guests thought the staff to be friendly and courteous to their guests. They were happy to help the guests with information and the entertainment staff were also thought to be very pleasant. The guests were able to enjoy their time in the resort.
Some guests thought the furnishings and overall look of the resort to be old-looking and in need of a renovation. The atmosphere from this décor did not help their cause of trying to bring about a happy experience.
Some guests thought the WI-Fi to be too slow and not working well. The Internet connection only worked in the lobby and if it did, it worked slowly. The Internet it worked so slowly that some guests gave up and did not use it.
Some guests were disappointed they had very little variety for food. They thought the food choices were very poor and the choices were not necessarily healthy. There were some guests who needed a different choice given their diets or health, so they would have liked some more vegetables and fruits.
