A Little Slow At Breakfast

Breakfast service is a bit slow and you may find food is depleted fairly quickly. They don't seem to bring out replacement food either.

Customer Service Lacking

The reception is a bit obstinate when it comes to customer service. If you happen to experience inconveniences or issues, there is no hurry to rectify them and no apologies either. A four-star rating may be a bit over-the-top as ratings have as much to do with customer service as much as the hotel's amenities and décor. You may find a strange smell in the facility as well and good luck if you are placed in a room without windows!

Let The Church Bells Ring

The ding-dong sound may drive you crazy. If you are placed on the Cathedral side of the hotel, get ready for church bell ringing on the hour and half-hour and through the night. At certain hours, they ring roughly fifteen-minutes non-stop. If you are not a deep sleeper, you will have to get used to “ringing in your ears.” Of course, you can always request a room on a different side of the hotel.
