The employees were very welcoming and remembered almost all the names of the guests at the hotel. Furthermore, both check-in and checkout process were very efficient. The guests were also impressed with the extremely helpful service of the staff, and their willingness to provide all their needs and requests.
Aside from the spotlessly clean rooms, most guests appreciated the high quality mattresses and incredibly comfortable beds. The beds are quite huge, and the bedding are clean and well-maintained.
Due to its nearness to shopping centres and restaurants, most guests are able to enjoy travelling within the area. The location is perfect and is close to almost everything such as New Sudbury, Health Sciences North, and other major establishments.
Previous guests were disappointed with the quality of breakfast served at the hotel. There were not much variety such as waffles, yoghurt, and fresh fruits. The breakfast food was very basic and the choices were only limited to two cereals, toasts, and some juice, which were mostly carbohydrates, and did not have healthier options.
The loud noise and music coming from the nightclubs and bars within the area made guests to have difficulty sleeping. Furthermore, the loud talking and partying by the other guests were quite uncomfortable according to them.
Most guests were upset with the lack of lifts provided at the hotel. They had no choice but to carry their own bags or luggage to their rooms with or without the help of staff, which was a problem especially for guests who have mobility issues.
