Alpine Classic Hotel (Leysin, Switzerland)

There have been some very pleased guests who have experienced the brand new renovations that the Alpine Classic Hotel has recently undergone. Visitors say that it feels new, spotlessly clean and has a chic, modern vibe.

Travellers have described the view of the mountains as worth a million dollars. Guests have spent many evenings on the private balcony with a drink, and a view of the mountain peak called Mt Cox & King.

Visitors love the short walk to the train station, which is about a ten minute walk from the hotel. If you take the train from Aigle to Leysin, it's only two stops, allowing visitors easy access to public transportation. The Leysin cable car station is only a five minute walk.

If you happen to be staying at the Alpine Classic Hotel at the same time as a big group of guests, then you could be in for a restless night. There have been a couple of complaints from guests who did not get any assistance from the staff regarding the noise level after dark.

If you require a good Internet connection, then you might be a little disappointed with the signal. Guests have said that it is really weak in the rooms, however, the signal is a little stronger in the hallways and at reception.

There does not seem to be many TV channels to choose from at this hotel, however most guests said that by the end of the vacation, they found so much to do, that the lack of TV channels was not much of an issue.
