The Resort is located in a calm atoll with gorgeous waters. The draw for many guests is the raw beauty that Istra Rovinj has to offer, as well as the copious amounts of activities you can enjoy.

The guests have not once reported being bored from lack of activities. With the crystal clear beach mere feet away from the resort, as well as many water sports, there are always activities to do. Being wet and sandy not your thing? There are fitness walks as well as nature trails to be enjoyed.

The staff have been reported by guests to go above and beyond their pay scale to help out. Whether this involves getting new sheets at all hours of the night, to helping families plan a great trip, reliable is a word many have used to describe the Istra Resort's staff.

Like many large hotels that have international guests they tend to have a conglomeration of food that is appealing to many people. However, seeing as they are located in Croatia many guests felt like they missed out on the full experience by not being served a greater variety of traditional menu items.

While the stunning location and natural beauty draw the masses in, many are leaving because of the necessity for appliance upgrades. The showers are small and this is an issue for those of larger stature.

Many guests have stated the breakfast meal from the hotel is akin to going into war. Guests have been hurt, bloodied, and had their plates taken by other guests. No one is particularly sure why the buffet style breakfast is this aggressive, but it is so bad that some guests ended up having to go seek medical attention.
