Housekeeping could be improved, as guests repeatedly complained about their rooms not being attended to properly, with sheets and towels often not changed, cups not cleaned, and toiletries and other daily amenities not replaced.
This is an older hotel and it shows. Guests have reported various complains here and there that distracted from an overall happy experience. The rooms, despite being well maintained, could use mild refurbishment and cosmetic attention, and the air conditioner doesn’t work as well as guests would have liked.
